FS: D16z6 Exospeed Head stage 2 cam / H&R Sports springs 89-00 Socal Pomona
Still have the exospeed head for sale asking $400. The head has been hot tanked, milled .020. The cam is stage 2 and come with Rev Valves and springs. Cam gear not included.
And H&R springs asking $100 + $10 shipped. Its for all 4 but only have pic of the fronts. Its a 1.9 front and 1.8 rear drop.

Both depending on what kind of pistons you have high compression or low. It has aftermarket valves and springs that can handle both and a very aggressive cam that will run great with turbo.

i dont know if i want to buy a built head since... im only shooting for 300whp... and i got a d15b jdm sohc vtec head... and my set up should do 350whp easily... but with a built head i can get more probably...

Wow you want 300hp stock I think that is asking for to much. I would think with good engine management you can go over 200whp turbo stock. Not sure about 300whp. But I dont know.
