im pretty sure if u use spray paint to paint it u'll see streaks. Why not just take it to a paint shop? it's just the fenders that needs to be painted right? so im guessing it shouldnt cost much. But goodluck anyways. And post some after pics.

they basicly do the same thing as the online web site
they get your color code off your car
then they look it up on there computer for the paint that is needed
gather all the paint mix them into a can ,, shake it
then compress it into the spray can

Well then you did something wrong cause I painted my spoiler with some duplicolor from Kragen and it's perfect up until about 2 weeks ago when someone decided to put glue on it and I had to scrape that **** off and scratch my spoiler.

i used a few spray cans of matching paint and primer from the automotive store, and after a year and a half, this is what happens.
The only thing you forgot to do is scuff the fender. With the e-coated fenders you have to scuff them with some 600-800 grit sandpaper so the paint has something to stick to. I would just scuff and clean the panel and shot some color again. It should stay for a long time if you do that.

yea thats the one thing i didnt do. i just sprayed on the primer and the paint. can u explain more on scuffing the paint? i should just sand down the black finish, or should i sand it down to the metal?

Yeah basically you have to scuff you surface underneath. In your case just sand the surface till it gets chalky. You do not want to sand down to metal. Then clean the whole area you sanded. Then go ahead and spray color. Use 600 or 800 grit sandpaper. You do not want to use anything coarser you will be able to see the scratches.
I know dupilcolor is pretty nice... my mom cheaped out on some other crappy brand from autozone, and it was very badly matched, and she had to end up repainting her whole stupid bumper, but I know for a fact duplicolor is matched pretty damn well.
