Default Doing research on USGP at Laguna Seca

Hey i'm doing a project on sponsoring the race from an international standpoint. Any links or info on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

So far, its Red Bull and Yamaha that are the big names as far as the $$$ goes, right?

Thanks in advance

Look to one man and one man only... the King, The roberts family is soley responsible for ANY international FIA motorcycling in the united states (Minus Daytona), specially when Laguna Seca is concerned. in the past he has soley footed the bill for running and PAYING FOR the international formula society coming to america. Years before there was an american race on the F1 schedule, he got the international community to bring the BEST Manufacturers, the BEST riders, and the BEST teams to laguna seca to run a race that was not even worth any points as far as the FIA was concerned. The race used to be called the spark plug 200, which was a twin 100 run back to back. The race came to furition because the manufactures wanted to sell more (Japanese) bikes in the USA. Later the track was elongated(and ruined for many of us that rode the old course) to international standards and thus it eventually became a sanctioned race with a full points program
