AEM FPR ?

AEM FPR ?
Just had a dumb question, I have a AEM Fuel pressure regulator and gauge, but when i turn the car off, the fuel pressure drops pretty quick....what does that mean? With the stock one, it holds at 45 or something. Is it cause it is open to much or is it broke?
