question about the 2005 rsx type s A spec kit

does anyone know if the 2005 rsx type s a spec kit is a new kit or just lips that go under the stock ones?

IM pretty sure the sides are replaced and the front and rear are actual lips that go over the bumpers

I was thinking about whether getting the a spec kit, ings kit, or the mugen kit...any suggestions?
