custom civic alternator bracket on h series engine

this is speedworks alt. bracket that is on his h series powered civic race car.

this is a 96 civic alt. using a aem pulley

any questions, IM speedworks.

whats the benifit? does the civic alt take less power to turn??? if so great idea...

what the Benefit.
It looks lower, i would rather have it mounted higher to make more room for turbo setups.

Makes total sense now, I wasnt thinking turbo apps, sorry... but now that I look at the pics and see the manifold your right, probably makes more room for the turbo set up... good idea...
