id say save the money and take out a loan(if you dont have the cash) and get a newer one because it looks like ur gonna need a new car in about two years neways. mise well get a car that last more than two years and save urself some money in the long run. just my $.02

exactly right, think about the future man. obviously that car woln't last very long so you might as well spend the extra cash and get somthing with some longevity.

I posted that on my cousins name dmaxo13 i was gonna buy the car he has a turbo integra already. I got a hatch im selling to him but guys find me a car in pittsburgh for me to buy i want a teg. Or a newer civic i have like 1800 cash help me out here....
like i said man either save ur money or take out a loan. unless ur willing to do some work on the car the best price ur gonna get is around 3500 to 5000 for a car with decent milage and good body condition. Im out towards gettysburg and we got a couple good deals on tegs down here. check auto locator, cars.com, etc. you should be able to find something. u gotta search for good deals. they just dont come to ya(in most cases

Maybe u should test drive and give it a full inspection before u make any final judgements because u can buy a newer year car but it can be a piece of **** too. Looks like the owner took good care of it and 1700 is a damn good price IMO...
Do a test drive and bring to a mechanic to see if anything looks right/wrong. If the motor is 120k and new clutch, and no other problem then 1700 should be alright (still slightly high) if you are short of cash. But if you got more $, buy better condition car.
Yea i know the price is high its not inspected and he just told me that im gonna need a new motor mount. I dont think this is worth my time but if he talks to me and we figure somethign out im gonna get it. Im gonna check it out before i buy it of course but i just wanted to see what you guys thought.
i as well would not pay over 1,000 for that.
a vaccum leak that is causing idle surge? why didnt he fix it if its only a vaccum leak?
sounds sketchy. and sport springs arent 2. theyre 1.8, race are 2.0.
in pa, you should be able to find alot better car for that price.
