best method of cleaning
Happened to wash my car today after a few snowstorms here and I came across what looks to be like some sort of dots that are stuck on the paint. I know that nothing was left on the car but im not sure if its something that has eaten away at the clearcoat. What would be a good way to try to remove some of this dirt or whatever marks it is from the car? I have heard that a claybar would remove alot but also that it can ruin the paint....Does anybody have any suggestions how to remove dirt or any sort of wax that would be effective in removing tough spots?
here is a lot of good information https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=790409
a clay bar will only ruin the paint if you don't use enough lube, or remold the bar once it becomes dirty. also overusing a clay bar (saturated with grime etc) will hurt your paint. also if you drop the clay, through it away immediately.
