Default Help with turbo

I have the turbonetics turbo kit for my 00 civic ex d16y8. I used to have the drag kit and no problems. With the new kit the car runs rich all the time, poor throttle response and stalls when you let off the gas. The turbonetics kit uses the msd boost timing master and the mf2 erl 3d mappable injector controller. These are the only differences in the 2 kits.

Can anyone help I appreciate it.
