I have a 98 Red GSR. I want to buy some wheels for the street. The stocks will be kept for the track with R-Comps and I drive like a grandma on the street so I don't care about the performance aspect of having 16" wheels.

So the question is what would you run on the street 16" or 17". The only catch is that I would like to keep it under $1400 for rims and tires. I am thinking C2's but I am having a really hard time making up my mind.

if u have other rims/tires for the track, then 17s would be cool for the street. however i dont think u can get 17" C2s w/ rims and tires for 1400..can u?

 

C2's are 1199 with tires

 

personally I like 16's and hammered.....but kyle's the only one that will give me support on this one, so go 17's

 

16's with 205/45's the bumps aren't as bad as 205/40/16 or any 17. I don't think the C2's come in 16's.. . they are sweet rims though.

 

i got hp racing hurricanes. they look identacle. and for a about 1100 with tires you can't beat them.
