You said you don't have spark, but do have fuel.
It's not the main relay.
It's distributor related I think.
Maybe your ignitor went bad or the coild died or the rotor screw backed out and the rotr is slipping or..... all sorts of things to look into.

I would check the distributor components first. Start at the engine and work back from there.

i have replaced the distributor with a new one and new components. i have also tried a new computer and still no fire. starter turns over engine still and also still pumping fuel to the motor. timing belt fine. what else is there to do?
If starter turns over the engine, does it feel like it is going to start? Does is start and immediately!!! die? Do your gauge lights come on when the key is in the on position (right before the start position)? Do you hear a chiming noise when the key is in the ON position (once again, right before the start position)? If it doesn't chime, and your dash lights don't come on in the ON position, it's probably your Ignition Starter switch behind where your key goes in to start the car. If you have any of these symptoms I bet that's your problem. Seems like I have been saying this a lot lately. I just switched mine out a couple of weeks ago. $78 plus tax for the ignition starter switch from Checker Auto Parts. Takes 10-20 minutes to replace.
ok lets see....my car does turn over and then acts like it wants to start but then it dont. i thought it might have been my ignition switch but i was unsure about it. could that be the only thing that it could be?
