Does anyone know if Honda has come up with a fix for replacing foglights on a new accord without having to buy a whole new unit at the full option price? If I had known that a broken lens(s) would require replacement of the whole unit I would have never opted for the option ( $400). Surely there must be something that can be done any answers?

You should be able to get new lenses. That's ridiculous to buy a new set just because the lens is broken. Call around to different dealers and find out.
