I've seen this question asked like 8 times through searches with 1 to NO answers. Is it a tight lipped secret that just can't be shared?

I'm looking for just some info on what I should be running in my 93 Hatch with a K20A2. I know i'm going to have some trial error, but I'm looking for an intelligent place to start.

Can anyone offer some info up on this subject?

ive had good success with koni yellows and 1000lbs skunks front and rear.

b series, we are using the same suspension in my brothers K series hatch.
