PLEASE HELP WITH UPGRADING SUSPENSION WITH B-SEIRES MOTOR ANYONE KNOW!!
ok got a question i have a gsr motor in my 90 hf crx. it needs better suspension stock hf doesnt cut it. Only problem is i dont have a lot of money and also i dont want to lower my car. Right now im using 90-93 integra hubs and knuckles with the stock hf suspension. I heard that you can use 90-93 integra suspenion along with the integra horse shoe looking thing is this TRUE???? if any one knows let me know. I tried putting 94-01 integra suspenion on.I used 95 GSR suspension along with the horse shoe and it didnt work. The sturt was just a tad to long. Can any one confirm that you can use 90-93 suspension?? please let me know also if any other suspenion if swapable. thanks
if you use the 90-93 integra suspension, your camber and caster will be messed up. the caster dosen't matter that much, but you'd have positive camber, which should make your car slide all over the road. the knuckles you can use are 88-91 si, dx, or ex. the si and dx are the same and really easy to find but have provisions for the small brakes, the ex is hard to find but your teg brakes will bolt straight up. other than that, i'd upgrade your sway bars. you'll need the rear sway bar mounts off an si, or you could custom make them.
hey, you're in madison, too, where do you live?
now for the upper control arms you mentioned, you would have to get adjustible ones, but most (if not all) aftermarket ones won't fix positive camber
i have the knuckes off an si if you'd want them, or you could do something like this

and weld them to pull the balljoints closer to the inside of the car
