Default What is the part number for this NGK plug?

I need to know the right part number for the correct V-Power NGK plug to run in a B18C5 with 12.1:1 comp. This is N/A settup and I'm not sure what heat range I need.

BKR7E-N11 is available at Honda/Acura dealer under the part # 98079-5714J
PFR6G-11 is 98079-5614H. Both are good for high compression.

ITR platinums are available in one step colder as well.
NGK# PFR7G-11
Honda# 98079-5714H

I loved the BKR's, I change my plugs like I change my oil so the price was right.

Why not go to Advance Auto parts? you can get any V-Powers for 1.50$ a piece.
They have to order them but one day wont hurt anything, plus auto zone and all have them too.
I have been running the BKR7E-N11 and am pleased with them.

Would they actually make a noticable differance over say the BKR7E-N11s?

they are only expensive because they are platinum......copper is actually a better conductor than platinum and will perform better....just wont last as long

edit: fixed my engrish

What effect does the length of the electrode (is that what is called?) have on the performance of the plug?

See how in the bottom picture the white parts is longer?

I see a noticable difference over copper.
I believe a lot of it has to do with the electrode design.

the bkr7evx11 are only 5-6 each.

You cant compare pictures like that.
The projection varies which is why they are labeled.

really? you think the PFR performs better because of its electrode design? because copper is known to be a better conductive element than platinum.

thats what they all say, but my car performs so much better with the fine
tip electrode.

interesting, does NGK have any fine tip plugs in copper rather than platinum? that fit the b18c?
