none of them for that price u could get a b18c1 and if u look more u could find a b18c5 for the price of 3500$
even with 185 hp and that toque it doesnt compare to that b18c1/5

To be honest it all depends on your plans. If you want cheap horsepower, mod ur D16. If you want the bling and bragging rights, and not to mention VTC louder than a Subaru exhaust, get the CTR motor. If you have high ambitions for the car, then the B18C is what you are looking for.
