Holy chit that's scary. I would report this to the cops. I was thinking of moving to Mira Mesa too

 

Tell the cops about it. If it turns out that it's their property then no harm is done. If the cops find things that don't add up (such as VIN's, registration) or is very suspicious, then hopefully it will be the beginning of their downfall.
