Default Car doesnt turnover? Battery is not dead

I was at the gas station and after filling up my car wouldnt crank i had power from the battery. It was acting like the clutch wasnt pressed? So i jumped the starter/solenoid and it cranked/started right up. it weird because when i try to turn the key nothing happens no noise or anything? Can you test that clutch senor thing to see if it works? I tried jumping the plug with a paperclip but that didnt work any ideas?

pop the hood, there is a fuse box, you see 2 power wires going into the box and next to it is a big square fuse, pull that out and see if its broke u usually cant tell without pulling it out since the metal is so thin. when you turn the key to on, can you turn the radio on and stuff?

if you cant then its this fuse, if you can then its probably your main relay.

All the electrical stuff works but when i turn the key it doesnt engage the starter. I thought the main relay controls the fuel pump?

Have you ever replaced the Ignition wiring harness on your car?If you get nothing when you turn the key(no noise, dash lights)that could be the problem. You can get a new one from Honda and pretty easy to swap, just a couple plugs(unless you have an alarm that runs to a couple of the wires).

Everything works the key just doesnt cause the starter to crank. But the starter works because you could pop the hood and jump the starter/solenoid

my guess would be the main relay then,

its quite common on a crx to go out. there should be a thread that tells you how to repair a main relay and test it, do a search on it.

ok I was replying to what you said-I still think it might be the harness-for a couple reasons.1st your car will run when you jump the selenoid-thus the car's main fuse and the relay must be ok becuase it firered off.
