is 26k CDN too much for a 99R?

i found this ITR for sale here for $26,000 Canadian with 64km not miles
this bad? white with the white rims frmo factory i think

They were ~31,500 new - so I would say that the car is a little overpriced. If it is absolutely PRISTINE condition then you should be in the 24-25K region.
