My first hybrid was a 93 DX hatch w/ 95 del Sol B16A3 in it.

I had ITR cams w/ stock springs. Granted, I had a stock ECU w/8100 rev limit.. but I ran it forever like that and never had any problems.

I'm assuming he meant "stock" as in stock B16 and stock B18C.
