I am contemplating taking 1fastbitch to small claims court - I am in NY and she is in So Cal. - please give me advice as to what action needs to be taken specifically

also if anyone could give me the phone # and addy for small claims court for this town/city/county (area) please do so - she lives in Spring Valley, CA 91977

From the post above, it seems she got ripped off but by someone else in Wisconsin.

 

I have a brother Northern Cali - and to get the point across (if legal and travel costs can be added to the amt I am claiming) then yes I would - even if they weren't reimbursed - I think I would - I am very about this if you have info - please tell me - if you ever go down to so cal letme know - I have a mugen front bar (not really for sale) but if you can get my money from this girl - I would sell it to you cheap. if you want a pic I can email it to you as well

 

Even if you win the judgment, collecting it is hard to do..

 

thanks Chris - I know - instead I will be putting in a claim with the US postal Inspection service (if no action is taken in a week) for mail fraud - a federal offense, since I paid with a US postal money order.
