Default ITR valvetrain components

How can u tell if valvesprings are ITR spec? Also, is there any difference between the ITR and regular B-series rocker arms?

ITR have dual springs on both intake and exhaust springs, and the ITR retainers are a shinny color Vs the dark brownish color of normal B series.

If Im not mistaken all of the b series (vtec) followers are the same.

The lost motion assemblies are different though.
