For any SCCA members in the Bay Area looking for a general parts shop I highly recommend eXtreme Performance in San Jose (http://www.xperformance.com). Owned and often staffed by Navid Kahangi (Road Racer/Autocrosser). He offers a 10% discount to all card holding SCCA members on all products (except low-margin stuff). I have saved more at his shop then the cost of my SCCA membership.

The problem I was discovering with building my track car was that I needed a wide range of parts that no one online shop had all I needed. In order to get the absolute best prices I would have had to order from 3 or 4 different places and the shipping would kill me. By going to eXtreme Performance I got reasonable prices, no shipping (walk in) and the 10% discount covered tax and a little more. Also, if there is any problem with an ordered part (not that there has ever been) they would spend the time to take care of it, no me. I learned that the hard way on several occasions.
