Default swap info help

what exactly do i need to swap out a d16a6 for a d16a1?? what do i do about the distributer because the integra has an external coil?? can i take the intake manifold off the a6 and put it on the a1??

Total waste of time and money for what,, 5 more hp?..It doesnt even bolt in..

Get a dohc zc motor 130ps..completely bolt in ..$500 from hmotorsonline.com
Just have to swap a couple wires on the dizzy

i had the motor. so i figured i would put it in because i blew up my a6.

A lot of custom fabrication, it WILL NOT be cheaper after materials and labor to make an A1 fit in our bay. It will bolt into a first generation CRX (84-87), Integra, third generation Civic, and that is it.

Why would you want to swap a D16A1 into a 4g civic when a Z6 or Y8 is a much better choice in every way? Did I miss something?

I had the motor sitting around. i dont even want the car. but ive got to much in it.
