Default Economic Tranny options

OK, so i'm going to be doing a swap soon, either a b16 or a GSR, and i want to know which tranny of the honda world i should use to achieve optimal fuel mileage. i do a LOT of highway driving (back and forth to school and work) and i've heard that the tranny that comes with the B16 is a very short ratio tranny, therefore the faster u are going the higher ur revs are. i want the opposite of that. i've heard that the LS trans is a good one to use for highway, but i dont want a dog tranny that i can't have any fun with. is the GSR tranny a good tranny for highway gas mileage? i'll admit, i'm a newb to the Honda world, but i want to learn, so any positive feedback i can get will be greatly appreciated. i just want to hear some experiences from people with some different tranny setups of the similar motor i'll be swapping (DEFINATELY a B16, or a GSR). which one has the better gas mileage solution? Thanx in advance, and i already tried search.
