Default what motor......

hey guys im lookin to sell my 89 civic dx and get a 91 Si civic i was wondering.....what would be the easiest motor to put in this car with out major modifications.....i dont want to do alot of work but i want something to do.....
i was thinkin a DOHC but which....and if possible can i stay with the same axles?? i just dont wanna do a lot of ****** around thanx

Dohc zc..Completly bolt in..All you have to do is switch a couple wires on the distributor ..You keep your stock ecu,tranny,wiring,etc..
You can get a zc ecu or 88-89 integra ecu to take advantage of the zc..

It gives 130ps like 127hp and can be had for $500 from hmotorsonline.com

Edit :: I see you're on canada..Shipping is gonna be a bitch unless you know a place up there

Do a d16z6 and put a JDM d15 vtec cam in it. It should easily make the same if not more power then the DOHC zc with that cam. ZC tranny would be good too. Good gearing. Then go with an ATS 4.9 final drive. Good cost effective parts.
