What Should You Consider Upgrading First For A Integra GS-R/Type-R Because i am getting one a week f
depends on which motor route you wish to choose, turbo or na. or you could give it some suspension upgrades, which would be useful either way
Well is it an ITR or a GSR??? What year?? 2dr? 4dr? What are you goals for the car? Will you race, if so what type of racing? Will it be a daily driver?

lower it first...then do suspension work...maybe new wheels/tires...and an intake.
If you're going to purchase an ITR, I suggest that you learn the car's handling before modding the suspension. Why I say this is because the handling of the ITR stock is already very good, and also that way you can mod it to your preference in the future (if you decide to auto-x with it or something.)

Smart man. I suggest you follow these instructions. A good alarm with all the other accessories (kill switch, club, autlock, hoodlock, etc) will protect everything else on the car.
If you decide to spend money on other things first, well then, it'll be your loss when the thieves come knocking.

WHAT HE SAID!! http://www.teamintegra.net has 2 mods you can do yourself (if youre so mechanically inclined at all) that will help prevent your car from being taken. Above is pretty much exactly what i just did to my GSR i just got. Insurance is kinda expensive for me so i got liability but included theft coverage, nifty new alarm is in, use a club whenever necessary and the 2 mods from that link are being done soon. Removable steering wheel with lock coming soon also and the intake is already in.
I bought neuspeed race springs and koni yellows that will go in when its not gonna rain for a week.

well i was thinking about getting umm aem intake,Dc sport headers,Dc sports Exhuast, tokico shocks, ebiach springs, and 17's advan rg rims on nitto rubbers... is that for a good start or no..give me any suggestions on performance parts...hehe
sounds like a good start, but i would go with 16s or 15s on tegs or civics. but its your car so go with what you like not what others like.
seriously though invest your money in security devices first.

Layers of security. The first 300 I spent on my car was for security. And I buy layers to this day.
After that, I would go to driving school so that you can learn how to handle a very powerful first car.
Then to performance, intake, header, exhaust is pretty common and wont effect daily driveability.
Your stock suspension is fine on an itr, but for a gsr, I would upgrade your suspension after security and before driving school.

Come back and tell us what you got in terms of security.
How would you have liked to put all that stuff on within the first 2 weeks and on the 3rd week when ur putting alarm etc in you get something stolen just before?
Took me a week to get my installed alarm cuz of laggers but it wasnt until after that, that i put started adding stuff on. Even with the alarm, i still check on my car late at nite before going to sleep. Havent put a fuel cut off switch in yet or relocated my hood cable.

Which Tokicos? Which Eibachs? Are you planning to keep this daily driver only?

adjustable tokico shocks with pro eibachs maybe and yes going to be a daily driver everyday and yes im finding out that im going to get a apline secruity alarm for the car..i will post pictures up when i get it of the black itr integra of mine
The improvement you get with that suspension setup is not worth the money. Some people on here, with non itr, opt for the oem itr suspension it is so well designed.
Invest some money in detailing supplies! I spent nearly $200 on all this crap! woo!

Listen to what everyone is saying, and invest in some security first.
My suggestion....Get a very good alarm with a pager type remote. Then look into an adaptor for the alarm so it can work with your cell phone. Do this so you can alerted by your cell if your alarm goes off. Then start with basic upgrades like your intake. Get some kick *** tires, too. (Not Nittos, IMO)
