Relocating hood latch for security purposes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
how do u go about doing this??? Is there a way to disable the in cabin hood latch so it doesnt work and u pull it somewhere else??

I'm not sure why you'd want to do this... I guess so that if someone breaks into your car, he'll have to take a crowbar to your hood if he wants to steal a part of the engine? I mean... if he's going to steal the engine, he's going to have tools there, and so he probably won't hesitate to pry it open.
Anyway, I'm guessing that you need to look either on the underside of the car, or in the little "popper" housing itself for how the wire is connected. Then I would go to the auto parts store and look for a hood release cable repair kit (or emergency brake cable kit is probably the same setup).

I first disconnected it from the front latch in the engine bay. I had to back track through it's original route until i got to the firewall. I then went forward and fished it through the engine bay along the chassis (so they couldn't pull it from behind the plastic in the fender well). Then when I went to hook it back up, there was too much slack, so I pulled it snug and clipped the extra cable. It works fine and no one can reach it.
