Default Can I take this off?

Every time i shift my car, something on my exhaust is rubbing. I checked all the brackets and it seems good. I got under the car and it felt really flimsy. At first I thought it was the clutch that's installed, but its more of a "hollow metal noise. Here is a pic cause I suck at describing things. Thanks for the help!

Its like a condom, it's not required but it's probably a good idea to keep it on.

I'd leave it on. If you get cold, turn up the heater. Come summer time, you'll be hating life...unless your car has A/C.

If he's planning on the Spoon/T1R combo he might as well go ahead and take em off
