suspension damage! Interchangeabilty?
I got suspension damage and I'll be going to the junkyard tomorrow but odds of finding an Si are slim to none. Just about every time I go I'll find a DX hb or sedan and I really dont know what cars they are interchangeable with however it seems to me that for the front the hubs would be the same for all civics hb and sedan and CRXs except the HF and the standard. I'll be hunting for the UCA,LCA, hub and possibly the radius rod for the passenger front. What cars can I get them out of?
It turns out the main problem is the rear engine crossmember. Now I know i'll find one at the junkyard, but same thing will it work for hatchy even if it comes off of the sedan chassi. What about all the available models, will it fit if its a ex civic or dx crx/civic sedan or hatchy? Thanks, and sorry for the Dumb ? I just dont want to pull it out just to find out its the wrong one.

theres a million hatches and older integras (90-93) at the one i go to. if any of you guys want parts, i would be more than happy to go up there and pull them and ship em off.

Errr... looking at the little profiles under the avatars makes it look like '1quickcrx' lives in Washington. That might make for one long drive. Yours says that you are in L.A. California. If you are near the 5 and 10 freeway (that's pretty much as L.A. as you can get) there is a place called HondAcura. They have lot sof good finds and you don't have to get all dirty pulling parts off the cars yourself... they do all that for you.

If u got a buddy coming down ever so often get them from up there a bit quicker and cheaper as I know a place myself where u have to take off the part yourself (which I think is better as u get to take whatever U! need) not someone else remove it and charge whatever they want for it
but if u like I can point u in the direction unless u get it from WA
I is in the SF valley
