my antena wont go down and when we try ta make it go down it feels stuck does anyone know what ta do?

 

could you be a little more specific?
does it make a noise or just do nothing at all?
have you messed with it recently because over tightening the antenna nut will cause it to stick.
you can remove the whole assembly pretty easily and remove the cover off of the drive gears and see if something is wrong inthere if you want.

 

ya when we try to make it go down it makes like a clicking noise like the inside is tryin ta go down but the outside just wont move ya know?

 

That can happen when the nut that holds it on is to tight. It can also happen just from the plastic ribbing inside being stripped. You can get it replaced for about $50-$65.
