Default Serious electrical problems....

Okay, this is my situation...I have a CB7 with a JDM H22A motor in it and my alternator is not charging, I have 2 alternators off of an H22a that both show that they are charging off of the car on a tester at my work, but on the car, it doesn't charge at all. Followed the wires back to the fuse box and to the battery and what not and everything is fine. Plug off of the harness to the alternator is making good contact, power wire is fine, and all my grounds seem to be okay. Any ideas? Battery is brand new, I also have about 3 spare batteries laying around also that work. I just can't figure out why the alternator is not charging. If anyone has any suggestions please reply, I'm running out of time cuz I have to smog and register it before the 31st and I actually found someone willing to smog it! Only problem is I can't even get the car to the smog place without the car dying half way there....
