Default Loose Steering on Hatch? HELP

I have a 95 DX hatch w/ a D15b. All stock except for Skunk2 Coilovers and sway bars all the way around. The car has no power steering, but the steering always feels EXTREMELY LOOSE. I mean to the point i don't like digging into turns much. Its real nice and stiff when im sitting still and driving slow. But once i get up into the rpms and mph it gets REALLY LOOSE. Its actually kinda scary. Is this common on the EG. Or should i buy a PS pump and put it on there? Will that help? What are my options? What else could it be? Any help would be grand. Thanks for all the help guys and gals.

It gets pretty loose especially @ higher mph, unfortunatlly this is common on these models. If you want to check jack your car up on stands grab the wheels and move them side to side(shake) if you get any freeplay you might have a bad tie-rod. Pm me with any questions

alignment is good, as well as all the Tie rod ends have been replaced, at the time of the alignment. So what else could it be? Is it just something to get use too? When i drive my Chicks EK its like night and day, i can dig a turn as hard as i want and it feels the same, to where my car it wants to get all loose like a big body impala or something. LOL

its more and likely your steering stabalizer alot of people forget about these, they look like a shock kinda there is two parts to it, it hooks to the rack and pinion.

Steering Column?

A smaller diameter steering wheel will also make it feel tighter.
