Default 6th Gen Accord question

Is the Keyless entry/trunk popping function built into the ECU or is it in a separate module? I know the immobilizing functions are in the ECU. Basically, if I get a standalone (AEM EMS, Apex Power FC, etc..) will my keyless fob still work?
