Default ITR rods

i just bought a set of used ITR rods and on the part that connects to the crank there are numbers. on three of the rods it has the number "23" and on one it has the number "24". What do the numbers stand for and is this correct?

Number on the big end of the rod (21-> 26 on ITR) tells you the size of the big end bore to help you get the correct bearings, use this number and the corresponding rod journal code on the crank to determine what bearings to use.
