Power windows wont work HELP!

Power windows wont work HELP!
Ok here is the list of problems:
1. Gauge Cluster dont work (Speddo, RPM etc)
2. Reverse lights dont work (but tail lights do)
3. Power Windows wont work at all (none)
Now i've checked all the fuses and they work correctly. Im thinking maybe its a relay? Please help if you can. Oh yeah this is a 96 LX
