Okay, I have searched over and over and have had no luck. The B16A2 is not wnating to start. I have been over the car with a fine tooth comb and I am running out of things to check. The motor is fresh, have fuel(44#'s press.), Spark and compression. The engine tries to start but will not. If I unplug the injectors it will run and burn off the remaining fuel. The Firing Order, Injector Harness and Cam timing have been checked repeatedly. The injectors are functioning correctly but it appears as if the injector timing is off.

I have hoooked up the Snap-on Scanner no codes. I am really running out of things to check. I am sure I have left something out but any help would be greatly appreciated.
