Default Put the Galfers on the ZX-10R

One thing that i noticed when going from my 954RR to this bike besides the huge increase in power, was the lack luster performance of the zx-10's brakes. Stock brakes feel really spongy and the lever can easily be pulled back to the bar end. I did the install the other day and have done several rides since. Overall braking hasn't improved, but the feedback & feel is a bit better. THe brake lever definitely doesn't feel spongy anymore. I can't wait to upgrade to the Brembo 19x18 MC and a set of ferado ultra lite rotors. I also stopped by a local shop here in town to do a baseline dyno on this...154.7whp. Sick!

It's all part of the master plan. Those will be next and then the MC, and then the rotors.

Brembo radial master seems to be the hot set-up.

Less flex in them so you get better brake feel.

Exactly, the stock lines would flex really bad. Also, this is a direct setup: 2 lines from the MC leading to each caliper... I am definitely going with the brembo 19x18 mc. I am doing things different on this bike compared to my last..... First, brakes, track time, suspension, track time, etc... I might deviate from this if I stuble across an awesome deal on a used arata full system.

Awesome Choice in the Bike, Nice to see you went with Kawasaki!

Let me know when your gonna hit the track (Jennings I would imagine)

And were the Brakes really that bad compaired to your 954? I would assume they would of been alot better....
