Default Georgia - 1992 Si with B16A2 Swap - Mechanically Perfect and Body is Straight as Can Be

***EDIT***

PICS WORK A FEW AT A TIME IF YOU'LL SIMPLY REFRESH THE PAGE - I'M WORKING ON NEW ONES

VIN AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST - I'M NOT TRYING TO ADVERTISE MY VIN TO EVERYONE IN MY AREA BECAUSE OF THE EASE OF CUTTING IGNITON KEYS.

I'll try to Be as descriptive as possible, and sorry if the pics are limited, but my diggy camera batteries are dead and I'm not up for new shots just yet.

I will post interior, underhood, close-ups shots, etc. in the next day or two.

Chassis/Body:

1992 Si chassis - 176,450 miles
Stock Granada Black Pearl paint - roof is faded and flat blacked at the moment, small dings, no major damage and never in any major collisions at all
OE front end with original stock core support, fenders, etc. - hood and bumper were replaced due to low speed collision - kid backed into the car in a parking lot in 2000
Stock, non-rolled fender well'd rear 1/4 panels - left has minor repair from where my wife cut the corner too sharply pulling into her garage and skimmed the door and barely got the 1/4 panel
ABSOLUTELY NO RUST! GA CAR, WE ARE THE SECOND OWNER
Working cold A/C, power steering, cruise control, power moonroof

Interior:

All OE full interior, Honda 2002 CD head unit, Alipine speakers up front - never gutted, taken apart, etc.

Engine:

The complete swap was purchased from Larry Jr. @ Import Auto Salvage in N.C - legit, and VIN for swap is also available

1999 Civic Si B16A2 with approx. 75,000 miles (had 32,000 when it was installed at 130K chassis miles)
Brand new OE timing belt, waterpump, drivebelts, cam seals, crank seal, platinum plugs, valvecover gasket, replaced rotor button, sparkplug tube seals, etc.
Recent valve adjustment
AEM intake
DC 4-2-1 header
Tanabe RM Exhaust
AEM cam gears
HASport rechipped P28 ECU
Oil changed this past Saturday

***CAR PASSES GEORGIA EMISSIONS AS IS - NO REWORKING THINGS TO MAKE IT PASS***

Tranny:

Matching 99 Si tranny - ABSOLUTELY NO GRINDS EVER
ACT Xtreme clutch p.p and disc - still grabs hard enough to bark 3rd if you're into that sort of thing
Stock flywheel
Recently installed lifetime warranty NAPA axles (right side done this past Saturday)

Suspension/brakes/wheels/tires:

OE 4-wheel disc brakes - brand new OE Honda pads up front done this past Saturday
Brand new, recently installed full Neuspeed/Bilstein coil-overs - rides awesome
Rota C8 wheels in 15x6.5 in Silver
BRAND NEW Kumho 711 tires mounted today, 1/26/05
Integra rear lower control arms ready for rear swaybar - have swaybar, not on car
OE front swaybar
SPC front 1.5 degree camber "knuckles"
Car aligns perfectly and has never worn tires uneven - EVER.

Basically I hate getting rid of this car. If we could afford the Element without having to sell this car believe me I would, but we cannot afford the new car payment with little or no money down.

To get this car to be 100% perfect seriously all it needs is a new paintjob and minor dings removed. The car is 100% PERFECT mechanically except for a minor idle fluctuation which I think is from the rechipped ECU, but I've driven it like this since 2000 and it's not really noticable. The bellows boots on the rack have torn recently, but they are maybe $20.00 and I have brand new OE Honda outer tie rods to give to the buyer to install when they do the bellows boots - the current outer tie rods are fine, but I figured i'd give you $70.00 worth of outer tie rods for the trouble.

This is a swapped hatchback with everything functional, and no hack wiring, check engine lights (never had a single one!), etc. etc. The work has been done professionally and the maintenance is up to date and obsessive to say the least.

There are many who can vouch for the car. It runs very strong, but it has never been street raced, abused, dragged at the strip, etc. It's been to a dyno once before and laid down 143whp/102ft-lbs. or torque to the wheels, which is good considering the mild nature of the HASport program.

The car gets roughly 320 miles per tank of gas on the HASport ECU, and once I swapped in my Kenji to see what it'd do and the mpg dropped, but the car was noticably quicker.

The asking price is $5,500.00 - I'd have to say it's firm considering all the brand new stuff on the car. Yes the paint could be better, and there are some usual dings, but anyone can paint a mechanically defective car and make it LOOK nice - this is truly a nice car in need of some exterior attention, but again no serioud collision damage, no rust, etc. All body lines are perfect.

Here's a few pics I have on the net, and I can get more of the exterior flaws to give an extremely detailed account of what you'll be getting:

I'll be the first to bump this car to the top. Have always liked this Si hatch since I first saw it. Looks like it was put together and maintained very well. Price is very respectable considering the car is an Si, the engine bay is immaculate, and a shitload of new parts are included.

Don't know Tom, but have heard from a million people that he is a honest and truthful person.

BTW- as everyone knows his other hatch is one of the nicest on this site and his band rocks

Thank you guys, it is much appreciated.

We've already taken delivery of our new Element, but our down payment will be coming from the sale of this hatch. We basically borrowed the down payment from my wife's Dad, in which we'll return once the car is sold.
