I have not installed that cam, but I have dealt with Crane Cams in the past. From my experiences never talk to them again and go to a different company, to save yourself a lot of headaches.

Bad news? Based on what? Your *one* experience that you won't even detail? I have never seen any one come on this board, or any other board I'm on, saying I had such and such Crane Cams product and it broke. Or whatever other possible problem.

I wish people would stop posting how a company is crap based one their ONE bad experience or based on their OPINION only (with no personal knowledge to back it up).

I can tell you oem ignitions are very good quality already and gains very low. (2-3hp) I did end up using an MSD on my 1st zc swap cause i was using nos. Mallory has the best deal around these days. They have a full digital ignition that goes for just over $100 and out performs the crane systems. We tested them.
