Default How do I replace a speed sensor?

Hi! I just bought a 92 Civic that runs great, but the speedo doesn't work. I need to figure out how to replace the speed sensor. Can anyone give me some pointers? Thanks in advance.....

The speed sensor is on the back side of the transmission under the air intake tube. Look there for it.

You might want to check if there is even a speedometer cable. My speedo didn't work and it turned out to be a missing speedometer cable. To remove the speed sensor just loosen the bolt (1) using a 10mm socket and turn the sensor in either direction while pulling up on it.
