Default Ever seen an RT-Si? You 4dr guys may be interested

It's basicaly like the RT Wagon in the US, but it's a sedan with the Si motor.

So you end up with the RT-SI.

As far as the wing on it, I'm not sure if it's the same as the USDM EX wing; i've never seen one in person. I'm sure it is the same, but this one t3h win cuz it's OEM EF5

Plus the center garnish is mint and those brand new are around what it cost me for this trunk. So it's a win win situation for me.

I decided i wanted a factory spoiler on my 4dr and while on vacation in Oregon over Christmas break I ran across this at a shop in Portland.

So I bought it and had it shipped down to me in TX.

Auto Adventure down on 125 SE Clay Street

http://www.partsadventure.com

They sell a lot of stuff on ebay.

I found out about them because I was going to pick up the front end from this exact car a few months back on ebay but i missed out on bidding. I figured i'd take a look around the shop while I was in Portland. I mentioned to one of the sales guys, Patrick, that I missed out on the front end and he asked me if I'm looking for 88-91 4dr parts and I said yes.

So he took me back into the warehouse and showed me this beauty. Apparently, it was the very last piece of the RT-Si that they had left!

I'm going to go out on a limb and say what you have there is some good old fashioned badge swapping.

Yes, there was a JDM RT4wd 4 door Civic, but I believe it was badged as RTX4wd and RTi4wd. I could be wrong, but check this out:

You guys think I'm a doof?

The RT-Si existed as both a MT and AT vehicle. It had the ZC motor in it, and it's chasis code is the EF5.

davens, you are partly correct.

Honda produced:

RTX
RTX extra
RTi Limited
RT-Si

All of them being of the EF5 chasis code.

The RT-Si came with Sunroof as an option, front spoiler, ABS standard, aluminum wheels, and a leather wrapped steering wheel.

It was, for lack of better wording, possibly the most 'loaded' 4wd civic available.

$150

And it's a sedan! Not a wagon.

Yeah, I hear you on that one. Their inventory is all computer kept, so I don't know why they don't keep track of it online as well.

This trunk lid was actually not in their inventory...when I got back home to TX and called to order it I had to explain to one of the sales staff that they did have it and it's sitting in the back room (because he couldn't locate it on the inventory list). It was news to him! lol
