what would cause the lights for the guage cluster to be very dim and barely visible, the lights are like that on the ac and heater controls too. But my srs light stays on and it is bright as hell, also my turn signals and horn are not workin wtf is going on

 

for the lights being dimm and barely visible all around .... pull out your dimmer switch on the left side of the dash ,... clean the contacts and try it then.. my lighting used to go on and off all the time until i cleaned up the contacts on the plug

 

I have a similar problem but my dimmer switch doesn't work. I also found some wires dangling around the same area. Anyone know what color the wires are? I think there was 3 or 4 wires that I saw, maybe green, red, yellow, and black.
