Fixing a scratched CF hood?
is it possible to some how revive a very very scratched CF hood? now on most of the hood the scratches are just on the surface but there are little spots like the size of a quarter which u can feel the fibres sticking out, is there anything i can use to kinda bondo/cover it over and then paint it black again? or is there any way to fill in the holes???
yes you can use resin. as soon as it hits the scratch/crack/nick itll dissapeer.
just mix up some resin. drip some in the scratch or hole or whatever and let it dry. then use 1500 grit and work up to 2000 or 2500 grit wet sand paper and itl look like it was never there

that would cost way more and wouldnt look 1/2 as good as fixing it the right way.
