some people say it isnt really worth it unless you have 200+ horse power, i dont have that much, but i am running one, so i guess its just up to you

Get a phantom grip, they don't cost much and they work well.

I'll tell you something. I have a gsr crx with a quaife lsd gsr tranny and a 93 del sol. The del sol slid into the snow banks today. The crx does 40-50 in the snow with no problems. The del sol feels sorta scary and i only go 25 in it. The crx fears nothing except big trucks...that is when i slow it down. Either way lsd rocks and soon all my cars will have it. You can really feel a difference even daily driving. Traction is there period. Launching is also great with lsd...people who dont think so dont give their car a work out or haven't road in a car with lsd and dont know the difference...i really didnt think their was a difference until I had a car with it and one with out it.

Do a search for lsd in the forced induction area. There are some threads regarding the OBX lsd. Its a quaife copy for around $350. I'm getting ready to order mine.
