dpfi to mpfi question
I have a 90 hatch dx. I have already changed the wireing and the ecu (pm6) and now i need to get the si distribitor but i was wondering if i could possible use the stock distribitor? It runs but it is flashing code 8. It is top dead center (tdc) and it is only reving to 3000rpms???????? any info would be great.

NO - you can't use that distributor.
It's got the wrong sensors in it so it can only run DPFI (2 injectors) rather than MPFI (4 injectors).

Yeah - follow the DX to MPFI directions and you notice that you will be adding 2 wires to the distributor.
To make it all look good, not only find the distributor, but also make sure you have the engine harness plugs for it (they will have 2 more wire locations).

u need the si manifold si ecu si dizzy, the u need to wire in the two other injectors,
oh yea dont forget to get the si resistor box for the injectors.if u dont want to wire it i think u can replce the dx harness with si wiring harness that way all the injectors wires will be there already.
other then that your set
