Black Civic on Delaware Rt.13 1/25
Saw a really bad accident on my way to class earlier today.. black civic coupe with smoked tail lights south side of the St.George's bridge.. looked really REALLY bad. I tired to stop but mad people were trying to help already. Hope you're still alive!
