Default honda accord problem-pls help

sup fellas,
I have a co-worker that has an 1999 accord EX and she took the car into a mechanic for a o2 sensor problem. She told me there is 2 o2 sensors on the accords and both has to be removed and replaced with a new one. I'm not familiar with honda problems since I am a mustang owner (no bashing pls lol). The mechanic told her it will cost $140 for the labor to fix it. She found out that HONDA will charge her $286 for both. Does the accord really come with 2 o2sensors? and are those prices reasonable?
I really appreciate your help guys.
thnks

My coworker is a girl and she doesnt know jack **** and you know how mechanics try to take advantage of girls...
