Ok I read a post actually tons about them.
My dilemma is I drilled the screws out, got the rotor off, and everybody said with that you got left you can turn them out with a vice grip.
Well I can't do this, and I barely have anything left sticking out!
Can I just dremel them even so it doesn't pretrude and slap the rotor back on.
My problem is if I do this, I saw a page where the rotor can turn a little?
What can I do?

The screws serve no purpose other than to hold the rotor on while the car is moving down the assy line. The rotor is held onto the hub by the wheel and lugs, so it won't move if the screws are missing.

I suppose you could do this, but if you want to remove the last bit, get an easy out.
