Crooked steering column in my 93 ex coupe

I have a 93 civic ex coupe and I just noticed the entire steering column is crooked. How do I go about fixing this? It’s not just the wheel – its everything including the wheel. The wheel also has an air bag so should I take it somewhere and get it fixed?
I forgot more about hondas then you will ever know....

Ok I will see what I can do. What I mean is it looks like someone put the wheel, ignition, plastic thing that goes around the wheel on crooked. When I looked at it first I thought it was just the wheel – the in realized the whole column is off.

take off the pannel under the steering column and see how everything looks. There should be four 12 mm bolts holding it on (i think.)
